Naresh Kadyan

Naresh Kadyan serves as the Chief National Commissioner for both the Scouts and Guides for Animals and Birds and the National Authority for Animal Welfare, advocating for the restoration of the five freedoms of animals globally from India since September 2014. Additionally, Kadyan acts as Commissioner for Scouts and Guides, focusing on charitable efforts to build nation and society without profit motives, and as Convener of the Animal Welfare Party, raising awareness against animal abuse and managing various welfare initiatives. Engagements also include membership in the IUCN Commission on Education and Communication, volunteer work with the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau, and contributions to legislative advancements in Haryana related to animal welfare. Kadyan’s extensive educational background encompasses multiple degrees in journalism, mass communication, and footwear technology, alongside specialized animal welfare training.
