Randy Sears

Randy Sears is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at IUNU since March 2024, Randy focuses on enhancing agricultural productivity through AI and robotics. Prior to this role, Randy held positions such as Head of Engineering at Repeat, where retention marketing solutions were developed within the Shopify ecosystem, and Director of Engineering at Euna Solutions, where integration of acquired engineering teams was key. Randy also led engineering efforts at DemandStar Corporation, achieving significant growth before the company's successful exit, and has a robust background with technology firms such as Stackline, zulily, CD-adapco, IBM, and Softek Storage Solutions, further complemented by consulting work in the early career. Randy holds a degree from Boston University.
