Alexander Milner-Smith

Alexander Milner-Smith is a seasoned legal professional specializing in data and privacy law. Currently serving as the Chair of the Ius Laboris Data & Privacy Expert Group since September 2022, Alexander also co-leads the Data & Privacy Group at Lewis Silkin, where a career has spanned from Managing Associate to Partner. Previous experience includes a role as a Trainee Solicitor at K&L Gates. Alexander's academic credentials include a MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and a Legal Practising Certificate from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, alongside certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
