Helle Bundgaard

Helle Bundgaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and business development. Since January 2003, Helle has served as a Senior Executive Coach and Founder at Motivation Factor, while also holding the position of External Lecturer at Ivey Business School at Western University since March 2019. Additional roles include Executive Leadership Coach at IMD business school and Master Trainer at the Singapore Institute of Management, both since January 2018. Helle has also been an External Lecturer at UNIL - Université de Lausanne since February 2015.
