Rafael Benitez

Rafael Benitez is an experienced HRIS professional currently serving as an HRIS Data Specialist at IVI RMA GLOBAL since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing the HRIS for a healthcare company with approximately 1,200 employees and leading the integration to ADP WFN. Prior to this role, Rafael worked at GroupM as a Sr. Associate in People Reporting & Analytics, creating HR reports and dashboards for over 6,500 employees, and auditing HRIS data.
