Natalie Kim

Natalie Kim is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as an Advisor at Ivo and a DeputyGC Member at TechGC. With prior experience as an Advisor for Their Life Ally and as the Head of Commercial and Privacy Legal at Intrinsic, Natalie played a key role in establishing and expanding legal operations. Previously, Natalie provided product counseling for the App Store at Apple and served as Product Counsel at Cisco, where responsibilities included commercial counseling for IoT SaaS platforms. Earlier legal experience includes positions as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, focusing on private equity/M&A transactions and advising technology startups, respectively. Natalie holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Princeton University.
