Sameera Chowdry is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President - Head HR & Governance at Ivy Mobility since March 2023. Prior to this, Sameera held the position of Head People & Culture - India at Brainly, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, diversity management, and succession planning. Sameera’s career includes a role as Global People Head at BNI, overseeing strategic initiatives, as well as significant positions at Flipkart, where Sameera managed a team overseeing HR operations for 10,000 employees.
