Eugene Cheung

Eugene Cheung, CFA, is a seasoned professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as Principal at Dash Living since September 2022, focusing on real estate acquisitions, business development, and capital raising. Concurrently, Eugene is a Council Member at The Better Hong Kong Foundation since September 2020. Prior experience includes Executive Director at Grosvenor Group from September 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed research and strategy for Asia Pacific, corporate venture capital investments, and participation in the investment and executive committees. Eugene's career also includes a notable tenure at UBS from August 2011 to August 2019, leading institutional equity sales and managing significant IPOs, and earlier roles as Senior Associate Analyst at Macquarie Group focusing on Hong Kong and China property.
