Sonali Samani

Sonali Samani is an accomplished professional with a strong background in operations management and strategic transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Environmental, Social and Governance at IWG plc since February 2022, Sonali focuses on creating a sustainable and inclusive workplace. Prior roles include Director at Bespoke Smile and Operations Excellence Director for Dentsu International, where transformation across people, process, and technology was led to drive profitable growth. Sonali also has experience as an Independent Consultant and held several positions at Whitbread, including Operations Development Manager and Programme Manager for Transformation and Change. Earlier career highlights include working as a Senior Associate at PwC Consulting and a Finance Summer Intern at BP. Sonali holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Warwick.
