Romain Guilleminet

Romain Guilleminet has extensive experience in capital markets and structured finance, currently serving as Head of Capital Markets at iwoca since August 2021. Prior to this role, Romain held positions at HPS Investment Partners, LLC as an Associate and at Lloyds Bank as Associate Director in the Securitised Products Group, focusing on structuring and executing ABS transactions. Romain's earlier roles include Associate in Corporate Solutions at Lloyds Bank, Capital Markets Analyst, and positions at Société Générale, Natixis, HSBC, and Swiss Life Asset Managers. Romain holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Finance from Audencia and has pursued further education at the CFA Institute and Norwegian School of Economics.
