Lloyd Serra

Lloyd Serra is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in product management and strategic alliances within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager II at Ixia since June 2013, Lloyd focuses on the Network Impairment Emulation product line and is adept at product strategy development and business planning. Previously, as the Founder of Quantitative Software Development, Lloyd created and managed quantitative software solutions for the financial industry. In earlier roles at Agilent Technologies, Objective Systems Integrators, Hewlett-Packard, and Control Data Corporation, Lloyd demonstrated a strong capacity for driving revenue through strategic partnerships and managing product teams in various technology domains. Lloyd holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California, Davis.
