Elisha Bauss

Elisha Bauss, M.Ed, NBCT, has over 15 years of experience in educational leadership and teaching. Currently serving as a Senior Educational Sales Consultant at IXL Learning since May 2018, Elisha previously held roles as an Assistant Principal and Special Needs Administrator at Union County Public Schools, where responsibilities included managing state testing, facilitating new teacher programs, and curriculum development. Prior experience also includes serving as an Early Intervention Coach for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where focus was on behavior interventions and teacher coaching across multiple schools. Elisha's career commenced as a Special Education Teacher in Prince William County Public Schools, emphasizing compliance and differentiation in instruction. Elisha holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Wingate University, a MA in Special Education from George Mason University, and a BS in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
