Lindsay Gardner is an Independent Director at IZEA and has a long and successful history in the media and entertainment industry. Lindsay was previously the Senior Vice President & Chief Content Officer at T-Mobile, where they led content strategy, acquisition, and execution of T-Mobile's disruptive video products. During their time at T-Mobile, they oversaw all linear, non-linear, and digital partnerships, negotiating with all material U.S. content providers, sports leagues, studios, and gaming, music, and wagering developers.
Before their time at T-Mobile, Lindsay was a Late-stage Founder and Chief Content Officer at Layer3 TV. Lindsay helped lead this next-generation cable operator which was backed by TPG and Creative Artists Agency. The company was eventually sold to T-Mobile for $325 million.
In addition to their work in the corporate world, Lindsay also has experience in the non-profit sector. they served as the Chairman of the Board for Courage California from 2013 to 2022. And they were also a part-owner/strategic advisor for the Memphis Grizzlies from 2012 to 2018.
Most recently, Lindsay was a Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Miramax from 2010 to 2013. In this role, they provided insights and advice on a variety of topics to help Miramax navigate the ever-changing media landscape.
Lindsay Gardner completed their undergraduate degree in economics at Brandeis University and then went on to earn their Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School.
