Luciana Balate

Luciana Balate is an experienced professional in the fields of experience design and customer success, currently serving as an Experience Design Analyst at Izo since October 2023, where responsibilities include configuring surveys and dashboards using research technology tools, as well as extracting and analyzing digital information sources.
