Joe Simon-Brown

Joe Simon-Brown is a Partner and Patent Attorney at J A Kemp - Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, having joined the Cambridge team in 2018 after starting a career in London and becoming a partner in 2022. Prior to this role, Joe Simon-Brown played over 100 matches as a semi-professional rugby player for Esher Rugby Football Club Ltd, primarily in the outside centre position, and also played for Richmond Rugby Football Club while at university. Joe Simon-Brown's early career included serving as a Learning Support Assistant for Wandsworth Borough Council, providing support to a child on the Autistic spectrum. Joe Simon-Brown holds a 1st Class MSci (Hons) in Physics from Imperial College London and a Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London, along with A-levels from Northampton School for Boys.
