Marc Wilkinson

Marc Wilkinson is a seasoned Patent Attorney and Patent Attorney Litigator with extensive experience in intellectual property law and life sciences. Currently a Partner at J A Kemp since August 2014, Marc previously held positions as a Senior Attorney and Manager of Life Sciences at Avidity IP and as an Associate Attorney at HLBBshaw. Marc's early career includes roles at Hammonds, LLP, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, where expertise in molecular neurobiology and cell biology was developed. Academically, Marc holds a PhD in Molecular & Cell Biology from UCL, an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London, and a BSc in Genetics from The University of Sheffield, complemented by certificates in Intellectual Property Litigation and Advocacy from Nottingham Trent University.
