Elliott Staples

Elliott Staples has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Store Director at J.Crew since July 2014, where a holistic approach is used to develop a high-performing team and build customer loyalty. Prior experience includes roles at Urban Outfitters from October 2009 to August 2014, where responsibilities spanned Women's Manager, Men's/Home Manager, and Men's Team Lead, focusing on training, merchandising, and customer satisfaction. Additional involvement in leadership and organizational roles includes membership in the Retail Studies Organization, choreography for the Epiphany Modeling Troupe, and serving as Treasurer for the National Association of Black Accountants. Elliott Staples holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Merchandising and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Indiana University, completed between 2008 and 2012.
