Megumi Tsukamoto

Megumi Tsukamoto currently serves as Executive Director at Niigata University and Senior Advisor at J.S. Held LLC and JSHELD, positions held since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Megumi Tsukamoto was the Governmental Programs Executive at IBM Japan and the Director of Government & Corporate Affairs for Japan at Caterpillar Inc. from November 2015 to March 2022. Academically, Megumi Tsukamoto holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The Okuma School of Public Management at Waseda University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Science (MS) in Public Policy Analysis from Sophia University and Waseda Graduate School of Public Management, respectively.
