William H.

William Hallisey is a Principal at J2 Ventures, previously serving as an Investment Associate at the same firm. At Pacific Light & Hologram, William held the position of Advisor and worked as a Research Associate at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). Additionally, William was involved in a NATO-Stanford Capstone project focusing on Biotechnology Investment & Implementation with NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) and led a Venture Creation Project in Critical Materials Solution at New Enterprise Associates (NEA). William holds a Master's in International Policy with a specialization in Cyber from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University.
