Bruce Barnett

Bruce Barnett is an accomplished transportation professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Transportation at J2 since February 2024, Bruce previously held the position of Vice President and Transportation Design Discipline Lead at ATCS, P.L.C. from November 2021 to March 2024. Prior to that, Bruce was a Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and served as Vice President and Director of Transportation Services for Northern Virginia at Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP. Bruce's career also includes significant roles at Parsons as Principal Engineer I and at Rajan Mahima Associates as Vice President. Bruce began the professional journey at the West Virginia DOT as District Office Construction Engineer. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
