Shawn Deane

Shawn Deane serves as the General Counsel and Vice President of Claims Solutions at J29 Inc. since November 2023, and has also held the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at New England Law | Boston since August 2021. Previously, Shawn was the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance at Ametros from August 2019 to November 2023, as well as General Counsel at ISO from January 2009 to August 2019, where responsibilities included Vice President of Medicare/Medicaid Compliance and Policy. Early in the career, Shawn worked as an Associate Attorney at Gargiulo/Rudnick LLP from November 2007 to January 2009. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law (2004-2007), a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College (2002-2004), and a Bachelor of Music Education from Berklee College of Music (1998-2002).
