Justin Joy has a robust background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Restaurant & Bar Manager at JA Resorts & Hotels since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage operations for various dining experiences. Previously, Justin held the position of Restaurant Operations Manager at Al Amer Restaurants Co., managing two outlets and an extensive team during a pre-opening phase. Justin has also served as Restaurant & Bar Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where the successful launch of Zing Sky Bar + Lounge was a key achievement, and at Westin Hotels & Resorts, contributing to the management and pre-opening of multiple venues. Justin's career commenced with roles as a team member and assistant manager at Hyatt Hotels and an internship at ITC Windsor, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from Mangalore University.
