Aaron Ray

Aaron Ray serves as the Director of Opportunity Programs at Hamilton College, focusing on initiatives that enhance academic belonging and provide writing support for first-year students. As a Podcast Co-Host for Opportunity on the Mic, Aaron Ray fosters community engagement and shares stories pertinent to first-generation college students. Aaron Ray holds leadership roles in the Higher Education Opportunity Program Professional Organization, including President and Conference Chair, and actively contributes to organizations such as A Better Chance and the College Access Consortium of New York (CACNY). With experience in collegiate instruction and a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Quinnipiac University, Aaron Ray is dedicated to promoting equity and support within education.
