Talia Gordon

Talia Gordon is a seasoned professional in the creative and talent sourcing industries, currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Jack Morton Worldwide since January 2022. As a co-founder of Needle Drop Co., a full-service music agency established in 2014 in Portland, OR, Talia specializes in music licensing, music supervision, and original music production. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Art Director on commercial shoots for notable brands such as Nike and Microsoft from 2011 to 2016, and a role as a Bartender at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace from February 2014 to July 2015. Talia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Portland State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
