Charbel Sfeir

Charbel Sfeir, PE, PMP, CCM, currently serves as the Deputy Program Director for Construction at Jacobs, overseeing day-to-day operations for the $14.9 billion bond program for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). With extensive experience in construction management, Charbel previously held the position of Vice President and Deputy Program Director at Pacifica Services, Inc., where responsibilities included advising college presidents on construction matters and managing multiple projects from feasibility to completion. Charbel has also served as a Regional Program Director and Senior Project/Program Manager within the LACCD, and holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Construction Management from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
