Kodey Eley

Kodey Eley, MBA, CES, FRSPH, currently serves as a Project Chemist at Jacobs, where responsibilities include the creation of Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP), Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAP), and Statements of Work (SOW), along with data management and validation. Additionally, Kodey is a member of the D 19 Water Committee at ASTM International, contributing to the peer review and development of standardized methods for international use. Previously, Kodey held the role of Field Oversight Coordinator - Environmental Specialist 3 at the Washington State Department of Ecology, overseeing construction compliance and public engagement, and has extensive experience as the Owner and Senior Chemist at Libby Environmental, Inc. Kodey holds a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from The Evergreen State College.
