Ryan Griffiths

Ryan Griffiths currently serves as the Lead Engineer at JLR since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Project Manager at Jenks and Cattell Engineering Ltd, where successful project delivery included a £2 million investment in new equipment. Ryan also held the position of NPI Project Engineer at Gestamp, overseeing the NPI APQP process for BIW assembly, and served as a Computer Aided Design Engineer, providing support across various teams for CAD-related queries. Ryan's career began as a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice at RLS Tooling. Educational achievements include an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Solihull College & University Centre and a BTEC Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by a Level 2 NVQ in Engineering Studies.
