Steven Cavana is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Process & Compliance Specialist in Digital Procurement at JLR since September 2023, Steven previously held positions at YASA as a Senior Buyer focusing on e-motor components and was engaged with Jaguar Land Rover in various strategic buying roles, including Senior Global Strategic Buyer for Special Vehicle Operations. Prior experience includes significant roles at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, where responsibilities spanned body panels, chassis, and electrical systems, and at Unipart Group as a Supply Account Manager. Steven holds a BA(Hons) in Business Administration from Suffolk College and has academic background from Bournemouth University and St Edmunds College.
