Julius Thairu

Julius Thairu serves as the Chief Commercial & Customer Officer at Kenya Airways, where prior roles included Sales Director and General Manager Commercial Sales for Europe, America, and Asia Pacific. Julius is also a member of the Board of Directors for both Jambojet and Precision Air Tanzania. Previous experience includes working as a JV Inventory Manager at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and starting a career as a Management Trainee at Kenya Airways. Julius holds an Executive Development degree in Business Administration from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from the University of Nairobi.
