Adam Reiner

Adam Reiner is a seasoned freelance writer and founder of The Restaurant Manifesto, serving as Editor-in-Chief since January 2014. With published work in notable outlets like Food and Wine, Plate Magazine, TASTE, and Punch Drink, Adam has established a strong presence in the culinary writing world. Additionally, Adam is a committee member for the James Beard Foundation's Subcommittee for New York State Restaurant and Chef Awards since September 2021. Adam's extensive experience in the restaurant industry includes roles as Captain at The GRILL and Carbone Restaurant and Brand Ambassador with Major Food Group, further complemented by previous positions at Babbo and Shiftdrink.
