Property Management Team

The Property Management Team at JDC Management, LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of more than 2000 multifamily units across South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Louisiana. Comprised of roles including the Director Of Property Management, Assistant Regional Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, and Vice President Of Property Management, the team ensures properties are managed efficiently, enhancing both their value and the quality of life for residents. Their duties include tenant relations, lease management, property maintenance, financial oversight, and implementing proactive operational strategies to achieve excellence in property management.
