Service Team

The Service Team at James River Equipment is responsible for ensuring that all customers’ equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest standards. This team handles everything from routine maintenance and warranty work to more complex repairs, with Service Managers overseeing operations and the Warranty Administrator ensuring relevant claims are processed efficiently. By leveraging 28 service centers and over 100 field service vehicles, the Service Team keeps agricultural, construction, forestry, commercial, and residential equipment running smoothly across Virginia and the Carolinas.
