Tim Perry

Tim Perry is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Jamestown since October 2024, following the acquisition of North American Properties' Atlanta subsidiary. Prior to this role, Tim Perry held various leadership positions at North American Properties from 2009 to October 2024, including Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer, Director of Investments, and VP of Acquisitions. Tim Perry began a career at CB Richard Ellis, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Vice President from August 1997 to December 2008. Tim Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rhodes College, graduating in 1997.
