Joseph Loveland is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Since May 2018, Joseph has served as a Mediator and Arbitrator at JAMS. Joseph has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy since October 2008 and holds a board member position at the Southern Center for Human Rights from 2015 onward. Joseph has been a Master at the Lumpkin Inn of Court since 2004 and was a Business Litigation Partner at King & Spalding from July 1976 to January 2018, where Joseph led commercial litigation for prominent clients including Big Four Accounting firms and Fortune 50 companies. Additionally, Joseph was a Founding Board Member and Past Chair of the Board at Georgia Appleseed Center for Law & Justice from 2006 to 2014. Joseph earned a JD from Harvard Law School between 1973 and 1976 and a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1969 to 1973.
