Lori Collins

Lori Collins is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in litigation and case management. Currently serving as a Case Manager at JAMS since December 2021, Lori manages mediation and arbitration processes while providing exceptional client service. Prior to this role, Lori held several positions, including Employment Paralegal at Comcast Cable, where support was provided to legal counsel on employment cases, and Senior Paralegal at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, focusing on regulatory law. Additional expertise includes positions at Nintendo, Microsoft, Starbucks, Premera Blue Cross, and New England Telephone and Telegraph (Verizon), with a strong emphasis on litigation, legal research, and trial preparation. Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Angelo State University.
