Leon Hoek

Leon Hoek is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Chief Officer at Jan De Nul Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Leon held the position of Chief Officer at DC Dredging BV from November 2021 to October 2022 and served as Kapitein at MULLER Dordrecht from March 2020 to October 2021. Previously, Leon worked at Royal Wagenborg in various capacities, including Kapitein from June 2008 to February 2020 and HWTK and Maritime Officer from August 2006 to March 2008. Leon's early career began at Digros (now Dirk) as Groentenboer from March 2001 to August 2006. Leon holds a degree in Nautical Studies from STC Group (2016-2017) and a SWK qualification from Nova College (2003-2008).
