Riya Parikh

Riya Parikh is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Site Head at JCB since September 2023. Prior to this role, Riya held positions as a Human Resources Executive at Yash Highvoltage Limited and Tide Industries, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment cycle and implementing HR policies. Riya's early career included two internships focused on recruitment and sustainable projects at Polycab India Limited and Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, as well as experience at the Human Rights Education Association. Riya Parikh holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Parul University.
