Braedyn Bailis has extensive experience in educational and leadership roles, particularly in camp and classroom settings. Currently serving as the Explorer 3 Unit Head at JCC Chicago since June 2018, Braedyn has demonstrated skills in activity planning, team supervision, and counselor evaluation. Previous roles include summer camp counselor, student teacher at Hawthorn School District 73, and various practicum positions within Urbana and Champaign school districts, where Braedyn developed engaging lesson plans and fostered supportive classrooms. Additionally, involvement with the Panhellenic Council as a Kolusis Observer and active participation in Alpha Epsilon Phi, including vice presidencies in social standards and finance, highlight Braedyn's commitment to community and organizational leadership. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education, Braedyn possesses a strong foundation in teaching methodologies and educational support.
