Yair Rosenrauch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and operations within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IPS at the Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island, Yair oversees initiatives that have successfully placed 1,000 unemployed New Yorkers in beautification roles while fostering partnerships with numerous organizations. Previously, as Chief Program Officer at Kulanu Academy, Yair managed multiple divisions ensuring compliance with educational mandates. Other roles include Director of Operations at Kulanu Academy, Director of the Brooklyn Extension at Bramson ORT College, VP of NonProfit Relations at Heritage Affinity Services, and Project Manager at Goldman Sachs. Yair holds a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
