Rianne Kamphuisen

Rianne Kamphuisen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in personal development training and leadership roles within JCI (Junior Chamber International) since 2017. As the owner of Mindventure since 2022, Rianne focuses on coaching and training. Currently serving as Vice President of JCI, Rianne supports the development of seven countries while contributing to global strategy. Additionally, Rianne is a Skills Development Committee Member for Europe, responsible for the evolution of training programs to meet member needs. Previous roles include Immediate Past President and National President of JCI Nederland, each involving leadership and mentorship responsibilities. Rianne worked at PwC Nederland from 2018 to 2022 as Assistant to the Board's CFO and COO, facilitating communication and workflow. Earlier experiences include office management at Dupree Makelaars O.G. and managerial roles at D-reizen, underlining a solid background in administration and team leadership. Rianne holds educational credentials from NCOI Opleidingen and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, alongside certification from JCI Nederland.
