Previously, Jarett held senior management roles at SHEIN, focusing on global brand acquisitions and partnerships, and at Amazon, leading fashion direction for a variety of apparel categories. Jarett's career includes significant contributions to MedMen, Petco, Victoria's Secret, Zappos, Nordstrom, Macy's, and more, showcasing a strong track record in enhancing brand assortments, optimizing inventory, and establishing strategic vendor partnerships. Jarett holds a dual bachelor's degree in Marketing from Seattle University.
