Meg Novacek

Meg Novacek is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with a strong focus on technology and customer experience. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at J.D. Power since March 2018, Meg works on enhancing consumer satisfaction through innovative technologies, including vehicle autonomy and connected services. As President of Novacek Services Inc. since July 2015, Meg provides independent consulting on automotive embedded systems and business development. Previous positions include Executive Director of Business Development in North America at Argus Cyber Security and various leadership roles at FCA - North America, where responsibilities encompassed vehicle cybersecurity strategy, software quality, and reliability. Meg holds an MS in Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BSE in Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan.
