Prior to this, Roger worked as a Desktop Engineer contractor at CorpInfo, where responsibilities included Active Directory management, Office 365 support, and VPN configuration. Previous positions include Desktop Support roles at Strategy& and Experis IT, as well as systems technician and customer support roles with Xerox Business Service and The Walt Disney Company. Roger has a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in LAN/WAN environments, supporting numerous users on various operating systems. Education was completed at DeVry University from 1991 to 1994.
