Warda Dradra

Warda Dradra is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and diversity management across various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable RH at Petits-fils since January 2021, Warda oversees recruitment campaigns and HR procedures while fostering integration and support for interns and apprentices. Previously, Warda held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at JD Sports Fashion and Chargée de missions RH at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Fenwick-Linde, HeidelbergCement, and Sarl sahhee, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR administration and staff development.
