Jaime Elgas is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director and VP of Talent at JE Dunn Construction since February 2018, Jaime previously held key positions such as Engagement Director at The Jacobson Group, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations at Sprint, and Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CNA Insurance. Notably, Jaime led national recruitment efforts at both CNA Insurance and Chubb Insurance, overseeing the filling of thousands of professional and trainee positions. With degrees in Human Resources & Organization Development and English from Loyola University Chicago, Jaime has cultivated a strong expertise in strategic sourcing and talent management throughout a career spanning over two decades.
