Nicholas Barnes

Nicholas Barnes is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Managing Director at Jefferies since February 2018, where Nicholas advises global companies and private equity firms primarily in the consumer sector. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as Managing Director at Rothschild & Co from July 2002 to February 2018, focusing on M&A for consumer products and pharmaceuticals. Nicholas began their career as an Analyst at Bear Stearns Companies from 1999 to 2002, concentrating on M&A and corporate finance within the consumer and retail sectors. Nicholas holds a B.Sc.
