Sean Cavanagh

Sean Cavanagh has extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income IT at Jefferies since October 2009. Prior to this role, Sean was a Director at Dresdner Kleinwort from August 1998 to October 2009 and worked as a Software Engineer at Technology Systems International between October 1994 and August 1998. Early career experience includes a position as an Engineer at Kokusai Gijutsu Kaihatsu from 1992 to 1994. Sean Cavanagh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dublin City University, completed from 1988 to 1992.
