Susan Silhan

Susan Silhan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management, marketing, and communications, currently serving in the Conferences and Summits department at Jefferies since October 2024. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Backal Hospitality Group from September 2022 to October 2024, and was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at SCALE Healthcare from February 2019 to September 2022, leading the organization to be recognized as the fastest growing company in 2022 by Consulting Magazine.
