Raoul Koning

Raoul Koning has extensive experience in drug information and harm reduction, currently serving as a Preventiedeskundige at Jellinek since 2012. In this role, Raoul leads the Unity peer-to-peer drug education project, overseeing a team of volunteers and coordinating informational events. Raoul also functions as the Coördinator for the Drugtestservice, contributing to international drug information networks and managing staff involved in testing services. Raoul is an active participant in monitoring the Amsterdam drug market through Drugs Alert Team Amsterdam, engaging with various stakeholders to address drug-related issues. Additionally, Raoul has held positions as an author for Reed Business Media, guest editor for Emerald Publishing, and has worked with the Trimbos Institute to provide drug-related information and education. Raoul holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Groningen.
