Sam Levy

Sam Levy is a Display Manager at Jellyfish. Prior to joining Jellyfish, Sam worked as a Managing Director at Equiteq from February 2019 to June 2022. At Equiteq, Sam was responsible for leading content creation, developing relationships, sourcing new opportunities and successfully executing towards transaction closings. Some of Sam's notable transactions include the sale of Future State to Accenture and the sale of Sophos Solutions to Advent International.

Sam joined Equiteq as a Director and helped Equiteq build the New York M&A execution team. Sam also trained and recruited junior bankers and supported the development and implementation of best practices across Equiteq's 5 global offices.

Sam has a proven track record in successfully executing M&A transactions in the knowledge economy sector. With their wealth of experience, Sam is well-positioned to continue driving value for Jellyfish.

Sam Levy attended NYU Stern School of Business and received an MBA in finance and strategy. Sam Levy also attended CentraleSupélec and received an MS in computer science.
